Binance Opens AI Pro to All Users: Plain-Language Trading Strategies on DeepSeek for Free, Frontier Models for $19.99 a Month

Binance launched AI Pro globally on October 19, an agent that converts plain-language trading ideas into visual workflows for spot and USDS-M futures. A free Standard plan offers 250,000 monthly credits on DeepSeek; a $19.99 per month Premium tier unlocks 10 million credits and frontier models such as ChatGPT Sol and Claude Opus. Every live strategy requires explicit user approval and runs in an isolated sub-account.

Binance put the final piece of its AI lineup in place on October 19, opening Binance AI Pro to all users on web and in the app with no separate sign-up. The product is an agent for trading: a user describes an idea the way they would explain it to a friend, and AI Pro plans the strategy, fills in the gaps, and renders the logic as a visual workflow on a canvas before anything touches real money.

The prompt examples Binance lists show the intended range: a short daily report on market conditions, a dollar-cost averaging plan for Bitcoin, or a conservative strategy for a $1,000 account. The company says the agent handles requests as simple or as advanced as the user wants, and that no coding knowledge is required - the only prerequisite is a Binance account. Strategies can cover spot and USDS-M futures, subject to regional restrictions.

The guardrails are the more interesting design. Before any live deployment, users test a strategy with paper trading on virtual funds; historical backtesting is not available at launch. Every workflow requires explicit approval before it trades, and changing its logic creates a new version that needs approval again. Each live strategy runs in its own isolated sub-account funded only by manual transfers, and users can pause, adjust or revoke access at any time. Binance is blunt about the limits: its automated checks confirm the coded logic executes without errors, but do not assess profitability, quality or likely performance, and AI outputs are not guaranteed. Users keep up to 10 strategies across paper trading, live trading and signals.

Pricing follows the now-familiar agent-tier pattern. The free Standard plan includes 250,000 monthly credits and runs on DeepSeek, with no credit top-ups. The Premium plan costs 19.99 USDC per month for 10 million monthly credits, allows top-ups, and unlocks frontier models where available, including ChatGPT Sol, ChatGPT Astra and Claude Opus.

The launch formalizes a longer arc. A paid beta of AI Pro has run since March 25, 2026 at an introductory $9.99 per month; it continues unchanged, with an optional migration path for chat history and strategies. Binance frames AI Pro as the last piece of its Binance Intelligence suite, which since August has included Agent OS, a toolkit for developers building agents on Binance liquidity, and a Binance AI assistant that personalizes the app.

The framing against the market is explicit: the most powerful trading tools, Binance argues, have been built for institutions and out of reach of everyday users. That is a fair description of the past, and the bounded-autonomy design - approval gates, isolated accounts, manual funding - is a reasonable answer to the obvious failure modes. What the launch does not resolve is the underlying question of whether democratized hedge-fund-style automation helps retail traders or simply lets inexperienced ones lose money faster, now with a frontier model writing the workflow.

For the industry, the significance is distribution. An exchange with tens of millions of users is putting a model-agnostic agent builder - complete with DeepSeek on the free tier and frontier models behind a paywall - directly into the default trading app. Every consumer fintech with an agentic roadmap will now be judged against the same bar.
